Great Book with a CD! Let Go of the Shore by Karen Drucker.  Stories and Songs that Set the Spirit Free.  Comes with a music CD.  This book let me know that I had to let go and flow to get through this journey of caring for another.  I had many Ah Ha moments of insight that gave me strength.  I would put on the music CD in my car or living room  and sing out loud to I Can Do It!  and many other very upbeat stories of survival. the singing along always carried away the stress and put me in a better mood.  Learn More Here…
